▪ Action: I led the technical implementation including platform setup, configuration, identified incompatible data and content and updated for new platform, established governance, admin training, and more.

▪ Action: Led the overall project to implement the new feature, completed robust quality assurance checks, and coordinated with multiple teams to test and implement.
▪ Result: Migrated 3+ million records with no data loss, ensuring reporting continuity and compliance.
▪ Challenge: None of the LMS reports met the needs of a high-visibility L&D program, including top executives among its 3,000 learners.
▪ Action: I created custom, pre-built Excel templates that made reporting fast, consistent, and easy to update.
▪ Result: Leaders could send reporting quickly using real-time data with minimal effort, allowing them to focus their time on what's important.
▪ Challenge: The L&D team could not handle the volume of support requests coming in and learners were having to wait sometime days for an answer from the team.
▪ Action: I created a self-service ticketing system using tech already owned, replacing the the outdated process. Learners could potentially answer their own question before submitting a ticket.
▪ Result: Requests dropped by 50% in six months and I was able to expand access from 1,500 to 20,000 users, all without new software.
▪ Challenge: A compounding data issue occurred over several months caused $80,000 in overpayments.
▪ Action: I performed a random audit, uncovered the issue, and partnered cross-functionally to determine the course of action.
▪ Result: Corrected the error, recovered the money, and put safeguards in place to prevent similar issues happening in the future.
